I have just opened a MySpace page, which you can find here. There is, I think, something odd about MySpace. For bands, I can definitely see the interest: It is an easy way to put your music online, and build a fan base. Similarly, for music aficionados like me, it makes sense as it is a great way to keep in touch with bands, however successful they are.
But for the rest of the people, I really wonder. I mean, it is supposed to be for networking, right? But “Thanks for the add” is not really the ultimate chat-up line, and I can’t see how this is going to get me to meet other people.
In addition, the blog section is really awfully designed, and it is full of single, bi-sexual girls that, surely, are not what we usually call cock-teasers.
